- How are the orders shipped?

| We generally ship via UPS. However, we will
accommodate your delivery dates, and will use more expedited services if

- How much does engraving cost?
|
| Trophies & Plaques: All include 40
letters of FREE ENGRAVING. Additional engraving is $.10 per letter.
Medals: Engraving on medals is $.50 per plate. The medal size
determines the number of letters that are allowed. SPACES COUNT. |

- Who should I contact for customer service?
